Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. As the Growth And Transformation Lead, you will be the central leader responsible for evolving how we work to achieve our digital vision for the Apple Store Online: delivering magical shopping experiences for our customers and reaching more of them around the world.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate a clear plan and strategic approach for our digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals, priorities, and success metrics.
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex transformation programs, and build the proposed roadmap for change.
Engage and effectively leverage supporting resources in the organization and external consultants/advisors.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, building awareness, understanding, and support for transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate transformation plans, gather feedback, and build consensus.
Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in transformation initiatives, change management, or management consulting.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience with various change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. A Master's degree/MBA is preferred.
Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated passion for driving positive change and improving organizational performance.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the digital/e-commerce landscape and evolving technology
Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes.
