Wireless Bluetooth Software Engineer, Wireless Technologies & Ecosystems
Join our Wireless Software Engineering team and drive innovation that matters! We craft and seamlessly integrate technologies that enrich people's lives such as audio, gaming, fitness, location and more; all while delivering the best user-experience. If you're a strong software engineer and are passionate about building awesome Bluetooth solutions, we may have the job for you. The Core Bluetooth team is looking for a motivated software engineer to design, implement, and maintain next generation connectivity solutions. You are responsible for crafting and developing world changing wireless protocols such as exposure notifications on the very latest Apple products.

You will be challenged with unique problems: building and developing software solutions for the current and next generation of products and accessories.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and feature launches
Minimum Qualifications
  • You have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • You have very strong C++, C and embedded software skills.
  • You have excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, programming and debugging skills.
  • Experience with AI tools, Claude and workflows.

  • You're self-motivated and dedicated with validated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while authoritatively driving multiple projects across many teams.

  • Bluetooth or/and other wireless communication experience preferred.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,500 and $258,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
