Minimum Qualifications:
  • Typically requires 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Experience leading large scale complex global programs and cross-functional initiatives within sales or operations organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the end-to-end lifecycle of sales enablement and CRM projects (e.g., Salesforce), utilizing agile methodologies from initial discovery through successful delivery, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
  • Proven ability to drive AI/ML and process automation initiatives, backed by a strong understanding of AI project lifecycles and the latest trends in sales technology.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact for executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, analyze data, and develop effective, scalable solutions.
