Program Manager, BPR: Supply Chain, Product Operations

Sales and Operations Engineering is part of IS&T and drives the technology behind Apple's global operations, sales, and supply chain. The team connects the systems that move products from factory to customer, bridging sales platforms with the operational infrastructure that keeps Apple running at scale and ensuring Apple's technology and business priorities move in lockstep.

The Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead Product Operations focused initiatives. Candidates should have deep Operations / Supply Chain process experience and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. This individual should also have strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization and be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.

As Product Operations BPR Program Manager, you will be managing and driving large scale initiatives, cross functionally and cross regionally, to enable new supply chain capabilities, drive process optimization, increase scale & efficiency, and minimize cost. You will work to identify and resolve key issues in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, facing exciting challenges daily.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in supply chain or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of supply chain processes in the electronics industry - design, manufacturing, logistics, after-sale service.
  • 5+ years project managing systems implementation and development life cycles.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
  • Executive Presentation: Ability to summarize key points and tie them back to the customer experience & business objectives.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic programs, combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a matrixed organization, build cross-functional relationships, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability including working with international teams.
  • Experience with business process mapping and driving supply chain process improvement using Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
  • Hands on Gen AI Tools.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
