System Engineering Program Manager, Apple Watch
Apple is looking for a new team member to join as a System Engineering Program Manager. Watch System EPM is responsible for leading a broad cross-functional team in developing Watch projects, leveraging a strong technical background to effectively manage and communicate cross-functional issues and risks. This role provides a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with program management skills and executive exposure.

Minimum Qualifications
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. - BS engineering degree required
- 4-8+ years of project management experience
- Experience and familiarity with consumer electronic industry
- Strong technical background in EE or ME. Masters in Engineering is a plus.
- 4+ years of project management experience with experience in working with CM partners
- Detailed knowledge of product development cycles & strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experienced in setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures
