DescriptionWe're seeking a Senior Designer to champion cutting-edge user experiences from concept to execution. You'll work hands-on and strategically, exploring new patterns, guiding teams through ambiguity, and defining what great looks like. You bring a sharp sense of design, a systems-level mindset, and the ability to prototype and visualize ideas quickly. From early exploration to polished execution, you'll inspire and challenge a multidisciplinary team, partnering with product, engineering, research, and marketing to shape experiences that are elegant, scalable, and purposeful. You'll play a key role in conceptual development, ideation, and storytelling, helping teams find clarity and momentum at every step.

Minimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or interaction design, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. Portfolio showcasing product design leadership, conceptual strength, and polished execution across web and mobile. Expertise in both interaction and visual design, with fluency in user-centered design methods. Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools. Ability to move fluidly between high-level concepts and detailed execution, from quick sketches to production-ready mockups. Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of framing design decisions with clarity and intent. Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive alignment in complex, fast-paced environments.
Preferred QualificationsBackground in marketing and advertising space. Experience guiding teams through ambiguity and shaping design direction in highly iterative environments. Passion for Apple products, with an ability to push the boundaries of interaction design while maintaining usability and elegance. BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $318,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
