What if the media management infrastructure you architect today became the backbone of how millions of creatives organize, sync, and collaborate on their work for the next decade? This is a founding-team opportunity on a high-visibility project where your decisions on cloud syncing architecture, on-device storage, and cross-platform media management will shape products used across iOS and macOS at Apple's scale. You won't inherit someone else's design, you'll set the direction.
You'll own end-to-end architecture for cloud syncing and media management features, writing performant, multi-threaded Swift code that ships to a massive install base and holds up under real creative workloads. Your collaborators will be HI designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams who expect you to bridge deep technical judgment with clear communication influencing product direction, not just implementation. Every week, you'll compound your expertise in CloudKit, AVKit, and on-device storage while raising the technical bar for engineers around you through mentorship and architectural leadership.
