Digital Circuits Engineering Program Manager
Come and join the team that delivers the Digital Circuit design needs for the Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and other Apple products! You will be responsible for managing the development process for foundational IPs (SRAM's, Standard Cells, Digital Customs) used in Apple custom chips. We work together across hardware, software and systems teams to create truly optimized products and amazing user experiences. To accomplish this we need technical excellence combined with the expertise to work across the organization and to put each decision in the right context. We are looking for a talented Engineering Program Manager or a technical leader who would be embedded (and partner) with the Circuit Design Engineering team to drive the development cycle/flow, circuit design issues, CAD interaction, Testchip development/analysis etc. You will use your creativity, technical knowledge and organizational skills to drive cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems under tight schedule constraints.

Description
As a Digital Circuit EPM focused on Silicon projects, you will work directly with hardware Technology teams and be responsible for working closely with design, CAD and technology teams to craft a project plan, identify/resolve blockers, and align DCG team work across multiple parallel projects.

Minimum Qualifications
BS in engineering field + 3 years relevant experience.
Proven Digital Circuit design experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Program / project management experience leading Silicon projects, or a combination of Program Management and design experience.
3+ years of technical leadership and/or project management experience.
Post silicon debug skills.
Participate in technical discussions, ask probing questions, and work with the team to pull together scoping, schedules, and solutions to issues.
Work on an EPM team responsible for driving technical issue resolution to enable on-time silicon to meet ambitious product schedules.
Excellent leadership skills, enthusiasm, and ability to inspire team members.
A background successfully handling conflicting priorities and driving results.
Experience with successfully delivering multiple silicon tapeouts.
Strong desire to own project development and drive team to success.
Enjoy sharing in the success of delivering a successful product.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Strong time and task management skills with consistent attention to detail.
Can work collaboratively across multiple sites and cross-functionally throughout the entire organization.
Able to build trust and lead through influence.
Comfortable navigating tough situations, juggling priorities and managing constraints while running complex, fast-paced, program.
Driven to continuously improve processes, methodologies and tools.
Drive weekly schedule and communication meetings with upper management.
Ensure effective project schedule and dependency communication with the design team.
Rolling up your sleeves and doing what it takes to get things done.
