Description
This Internal Communication Production Graphic Designer role is ideal for a highly creative and technically proficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about collaborating with communication experts, production partners, and executive stakeholders to support both executive and organizational communication needs. Your work will play a crucial role in maintaining Apple's distinctive aesthetic in all internal communications, contributing significantly to presentations, website designs, and other creative deliverables.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement design and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and impact of internal communications.
  • Design and produce engaging Keynote presentations, graphics, emails, and other communication deliverables that meet Apple's high standards for design and communication.
  • Partner closely with key business and cross-functional stakeholders across two large hardware development organizations to define and execute on their communication needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Apple's aesthetic standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of design experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating an ability to manage high volumes of work without sacrificing quality.
  • Proficient in key design software, including Apple Keynote, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
  • A solid understanding of web development and UI/UX principles, with a focus on creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively within and across teams.
  • Enthusiasm for working with technical subjects, ideally with some familiarity with hardware development concepts.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in presentation design, web design, UI/UX design, and other visual communication materials that showcase an aesthetic aligned with Apple's visual identity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of design experience.
  • Formal education in design or a related field is preferred, but it is not a requirement for this role. We prioritize creativity, passion, and a strong portfolio of work.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses including tuition.
