We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr Network Tech Refresh Engineer to join our Enterprise Network team, dedicated to ensuring our AMR-based network infrastructure is up to the latest standard. This role is pivotal in maintaining the flawless operation of our enterprise networks, improving the overall reliability, visibility, and efficiency of our network services. As a Network Tech Refresh Engineer, you will collaborate with distributed team members to develop and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiencies and automation through Agentic AI. You will play a meaningful role in driving continuous improvement in our operational metrics and ensuring our network services meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Description
In this role you will optimize our ability to refresh a large network infrastructure across the America's that includes multiple vendor solutions at all layers, including working with your global peers to standardize our approach. Apply your expertise to develop and execute hardware refreshes contributing to improved service availability and reduced downtime. Automate network provisioning, execution, and repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to network baseline and security. Build and maintain detailed network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and standard operating procedures in regards to Tech Refresh.

Minimum Qualifications
Deep experience in Network Tech Refresh, Network Reliability, Network Implementation or similar role. Experience refreshing a large-scale network infrastructure at the enterprise networking, routing, switching, wireless and firewalls layers. Experience with Agentic AI and various automation and tooling solutions (Python, Ansible, Roo, Claude Code, CoWork, Gemini). In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, IPV6, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, VLANs, QoS etc.). Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto networks, FortiGate etc. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
10+ years experience in Networking. Consistent record in Generative AI expertise to improve efficiencies at all layers. Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, etc. Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) concepts and technologies. Familiarity with network virtualization technologies (VMware NSX, NFV, Cisco ACI, etc.)

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,800 and $245,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
