Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Plan, execute and track large scale data collections and user studies for algorithm development domestically and internationally where applicable
- Bring-up and maintain pre-release hardware and software platforms used for data collection across multiple locales
- Track and report on progress, blockers and key deliverables to senior leadership
- Collaborate with hardware, software, infrastructure and algorithm teams on requirements for data collections, HW/SW platforms, study design, etc.
- Create and maintain documentation for HW/SW platform setup and protocol for vendor training and deployment

A deep understanding of user study/data collection fundamentals and strong command of Apple's product ecosystem will be critical to succeeding in our organization's highly dynamic and cross-functional landscape. Strong background in creating complex roadmaps/schedules with timely delivery across key milestones. Experience leading teams / managing a workforce. Motivated and proactive approach to resolving issues. Challenges the Status Quo: In the absence of process, create it, document it and socialize it. When the process doesn't make sense drive innovation; when faced with a difficult problem it's not about what we can't do but rather "Yes, but-". Clear and concise written and verbal communication, and communicates with technical and non-technical individuals with ease. Experience creating human centric data collection protocols and general data offload practices.
Experience:
