As a Global Supply Manager, you will be at the center of this effort - building resilient and geographically diverse recycled REE supply chains, scaling new recycling and magnet manufacturing technologies, and helping Apple meet its ambitious sustainability commitments. GSMs thrive in dynamic environments, balancing Apple's engineering and business priorities while driving operational excellence. In this role, you will: - Lead end-to-end program management for Apple's new Mountain Pass recycling and magnet block facility, ensuring operational readiness and mass production ramp. - Oversee the qualification process for magnet blocks (including heavy rare earth-free designs). - Manage integration with downstream vendors. - Partner closely with suppliers to secure reliable supply. Hands-on experience with rare earths, magnets, or advanced materials supply chains is required. A consistent track record in program management and scaling new manufacturing facilities is essential. Outstanding negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with strong cross-functional leadership and communication abilities.
