The Opportunity

Kickstart your career in Agile, Hybrid, and Lean delivery with our Continuous Delivery Office internship. This is your chance to work at the center of technology delivery and transformation in a very fast-paced environment, learning from experienced professionals while contributing to initiatives that shape how we deliver technology at scale. You will collaborate with Program Managers, Agile Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and Tool Administrators to support high-impact programs and initiatives. Along the way, you'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools, participate in delivery ceremonies, and help improve processes that keep our organization moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Program Managers, Agile Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and Tool Administrators to assist with coordination activities for complex programs and initiatives
• Help prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, and capture notes including risks, action items, decisions, and dependencies
• Participate in Scrum and Kanban ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
• Provide first-line support for Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence by answering how-to questions, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating when needed
• Assist with scaled tool administration and governance, ensuring consistent usage and compliance across delivery teams
• Help maintain data quality in Jira and Monday.com and support the creation of dashboards and key performance indicators that measure delivery success
• Organize and improve Confluence spaces by updating templates, playbooks, and making content easy to find
• Contribute to Agile learning by helping design workshops and supporting "Agile for Everybody" sessions with Learning and Development
• Assist with AI Lab activities including tracking requests, coordinating reviews, maintaining documentation, and supporting enablement sessions
• Explore opportunities to improve processes and tools through updates and lightweight automations

This internship offers exposure to Agile, Hybrid, and Lean delivery practices, scaled governance, and AI initiatives while providing opportunities to learn from experts and make a real impact.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Active pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred
• Knowledge of Monday.com, MS Office suite, JIRA, Confluence or similar preferred
• Interest in AI-assisted delivery; experience with generative AI tools and documenting prompts/results is a plus
• Curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and readiness to take initiative

Pay Transparency
Pay rate is $30 per hour, depending on skill level, experience, and education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
