External Communications - Internship

The opportunity: As the Intern, External Communications, you will drive brand visibility, increase cultural relevance and build brand love internally and externally by supporting our enterprise communications efforts. You will learn to draft press releases for company announcements, create executive interview briefing documents, build media lists, monitor coverage, and develop industry intelligence reports.

What you'll do:

• Support team with media list development and results grid for new restaurant openings
• Build brand and competitive intelligence newsletter (Daily Bites)
• Draft background briefing materials for executive interviews
• Write press releases for company announcements
• Assist with corporate event logistics

What you'll bring to the table:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Highly organized with an ability to multitask.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong writing ability with knowledge of Associated Press (AP) style.

Pay transparency: Pay rate is $25 per hour, depending on skill level, experience, and education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
