- Capture videos and photos of events, people, and products for marketing materials.
- Edit videos (Premiere Pro) into polished content.
- Assist with production on video & photo shoots.
- Manage and organize photo/video equipment.
- Support the team at live events, commercial shoots, and photo shoots.
- Assist with location scouting & employee casting for TV commercials.

Help tell our story through compelling videos & photos, creating content for marketing, paid social media, and web by capturing events, documenting daily activities, and assisting the communications & operations team.
Responsibilities:
Pay rate is $25 per hour, depending on skill level, experience, and education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.

- Technical: Proficiency with cameras, lighting, audio, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
- Creative: Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and visual details.
- Interpersonal: Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge: Understanding of photography/videography principles, digital media, and social platforms.
- Build a professional portfolio.
- Learn new technical skills in real-world applications.
- Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop technical and soft skills (time management, collaboration).
- Showcase your passion and portfolio.
- Be proactive in learning about lighting, audio, and shot composition.
