Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Troubleshoots air-related errors encountered while using the online booking tool or GDS
- Creates and updates Travelport Scripts for reservation agents
- Creates and updates Res Rules in Cornerstones IQCX environment
- Oversees Corporate Reporting (Cornerstone, Magnatech)
- Assists with updating travel sites (external corporate travel intranet sites and internal policies and procedures site)
- Assists meeting team with creating group/meeting registration sites in Swoogo
- Oversees Travelport Profiles (templates) and Smartpoint/Google Workspace
- Assists with administration of Deem (online booking tool, itinerary management and mobile), air, and hotel rebooking savings tools (TripBam)
- Assists agents with agent airline website portals, Deem, Smartpoint/Google and meeting registration sites
- Supports corporate travel team with problem resolution and automation
- Assists in monitoring and working Travelport queues/quality control
- Develops and evaluates periodically operational performance reports including contact volumes and individual and enterprise performance
- Creates, interprets, and presents graphically-compelling presentations to large groups
- Creates and maintains documentation for all reporting processes and procedures
- Identifies and escalates member-impacting issues and opportunities for improvement
Experience Requirements
Required
3 years' minimum travel agency or airline experience.
