Despite operational demands and personal circumstances, I was consistently required to oversee store closure procedures with limited support, often resulting in extended work hours, typically from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM, to ensure proper execution and minimize disruptions for the morning shift. While I consistently dedicated significant effort to these responsibilities, feedback primarily consisted of negative observations.
