We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Manager to lead and grow our Corporate Sales team focused on acquiring new mid-market and enterprise customers. This is an opportunity to recruit, develop, and scale a high-performing outbound sales team that drives complex, high-value partnerships while navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes and C-suite decision makers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-focused sales leader who thrives on building teams, developing talent, and delivering strong commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The Impact You Will Make * Build, lead, and develop a growing team within the Corporate Accounts organization focused on driving new business and revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise customers. * Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of Enterprise Sales Executives to consistently exceed goals through data-driven execution and strong sales fundamentals. You will bring structure, accountability, and energy to a fast-scaling business, ensuring each team member has a clear plan for success and the tools to achieve it. * Collaborate closely with other Sales Managers, the Director of Corporate Accounts, and partners across Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Revenue Operations to improve processes, share best practices, and strengthen overall performance. * Track performance through detailed reporting and forecasting, using insights to identify opportunities, refine strategy, and drive continuous improvement. * This is an opportunity to build a high-performing team from the ground up and make a meaningful impact on Grubhub's corporate growth story. What You Bring to the Table * 7+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2+ years leading a high-performing sales team * Proven track record of exceeding targets through data-driven execution and disciplined pipeline management * Deep experience leading outbound sales motions that consistently generate new business and drive sustainable growth * Success managing complex, high-value deals (>$1M) with enterprise clients, navigating multiple stakeholders and executive decision makers * Experience recruiting, developing, and motivating sales talent in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical mindset with comfort using CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and spreadsheets to guide strategy and decisions * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders * Strategic thinker who balances coaching and execution while fostering a culture of accountability and growth Our Investment in You At Grubhub, we believe the best leaders thrive when they're supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
