Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Perform detailed product-, category-, and initiative-level profitability analysis, including ad-hoc analysis, to identify margin risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop forecasts, scenario models, and pro-forma analyses related to commodity trends, supplier pricing, and supply chain cost drivers.
- Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, FP&A, and other stakeholders to support informed commercial and operational decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor cost performance, exposure, and key supply chain metrics.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities related to product costs, margins, and operational performance.
- Support the preparation of presentations and materials for senior leadership by delivering concise, actionable financial insights.

Who You Are:
- Analytical Expert: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experienced Professional: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in roles requiring advanced financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Business-Minded: Strong ability to analyze complex cost structures and translate data into actionable business insights.
- Technically Strong: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience working in financial systems, reporting tools, and BI platforms such as Power BI, Hyperion, Adaptive, Tableau, or similar.
- Collaborative Partner: Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences, including comfort working with and presenting to VP-level leaders and above.
