Department Guidelines
Clothing:Employees must wear a solid-colored or Lowe’s-branded shirt in neutral tones. The Lowe’s blue vest is mandatory while working on the sales floor.
Bottoms:Jeans, khakis, or durable work pants are acceptable. Shorts may be allowed in warmer months but must meet length requirements.
Shoes:Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are required. Steel-toe boots are recommended for roles involving heavy materials, such as in lumber.
Not Allowed:Ripped jeans, sweatpants, leggings (unless covered by a long top), open-toe shoes, or clothing with offensive graphics.
