However, subsequent management changes led to a decline in support responsiveness and a lack of assistance when needed. System updates have introduced complexities that have negatively impacted both employee and customer satisfaction, resulting in increased customer complaints and a shift in the IST department’s focus towards sales activities, which deviated from its original purpose.
