Staples maintains a business casual dress code focused on professionalism, comfort, and store consistency. Employee attire should reflect the company’s customer-first values and support a clean, organized retail environment. Some roles require specific branded apparel provided by Staples.
Department Guidelines
Shirts:Staples-branded red or black polo shirts are typically provided or required.
Pants:Black, khaki, or dark slacks or pants. Jeans may be allowed in some locations if clean and without rips.
Footwear:Closed-toe, non-slip shoes required for safety and appearance.
Accessories:Name badges are required. Jewelry should be minimal. Hoodies, hats, and graphic tees are not allowed on shift.
