Department Guidelines
Uniform:Company-issued yellow-and-blue striped IKEA polo or t-shirt with a visible name badge.
Pants:Solid blue or black pants. Jeans are allowed if clean and free of rips.
Footwear:Comfortable, closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required for walking and standing throughout the shift.
Accessories:Jewelry should be minimal and safe for the retail environment. Hair must be neat and tied back if long.
