Hires, onboards, trains, leads, manages and develops the Smaland co-workers and Carts co-workers in the store. Identifies successor, creates development plans and secures necessary training. Overseeing the operation of Smaland area, IKEA's courtesy children's play area. Managing entrance greeters to actively guide and answer customers' questions. Overseeing the gathering and restocking of carts and bags throughout the store and parking areas. Supporting cashiers in Checkout & Payment area and other Customer Experience areas, as needed. Training co-workers and other Customer Experience Leaders on Smaland processes and safety requirements. Responding to escalated customer issues and leader intervention calls with sense of urgency. Leading, attending and contributing to store meetings and forums as applicable.

Qualifications
3 years of experience in retail. Experience leading and developing people.
