Job Title
University degree and a minimum of 8 years of proven experience developing, implementing, and continuously improving U.S. talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to attract high quality, diverse talent across diverse business functions. Strong experience using data and recruitment analytics to inform decision-making, track KPIs, optimize candidate funnels, and improve sourcing outcomes. Proven capability to drive alignment and influence local and global decision-makers across the organization, including stakeholders outside of direct reporting lines. Proven success scaling recruitment and sourcing systems for high volume, global organizations. Demonstrates a forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to execute current recruitment strategies while proactively exploring future trends. Proven problem-solving ability to manage change and navigate ambiguity, ensuring progress and stability during periods of transition. Proven experience in designing/executing workforce planning strategies and initiatives that support organizational alignment and growth. Proven experience in procurement and contract management within the scope of recruitment & sourcing. Experience with Avature and SuccessFactors (Preferred).

What You'll Be Doing Day To Day
Guide and execute operational requirements, identifying working methods to deliver recruitment and sourcing services in a large country. Build and maintain knowledge and expertise in recruitment and sourcing, identifying and implementing solutions to issues and opportunities, benchmarking against industry standards to achieve best practice. Guides and executes work to collaborate with stakeholders by monitoring and analyzing unit trends, sharing insights, and adjusting recruitment and sourcing strategies, while also supporting the implementation of new initiatives. Work data driven and design the recruitment and sourcing strategy based on data insights and KPI's.
