Contribute to and support responsibility for the product quality, safety and recovery processes in the unit. Prevent unnecessary costs related to IKEA products and improve the customer's product quality perception and shopping experience in the As-Is shop. Provide products a second chance while keeping the customer, business and environmental impact in mind.
ASSIGNMENTS:
Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, through As-Is selling, repackaging or spare parts management.
Present and sell IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression including selling these products with pride, as well as set relevant prices that are attractive to customers, yet still generate the best results for the business.
Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality and safety awareness in the unit.
Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery.
Support and execute the product quality and safety related tasks in the unit to constantly improve customers' product quality perception of IKEA products.
