Based on the limited available data from Popeyes locations in Colorado, a significant and concerning trend emerges regarding employee experiences.
The Administrative Services Manager role at the Denver location presents a demanding, fast-paced environment characterized by high customer interaction and a need for adaptability and resilience.
While the employee valued the opportunity for relationship building and gaining experience, the role’s inherent stress – particularly dealing with challenging customers – suggests a potentially high-pressure atmosphere.

This review highlights pervasive dissatisfaction across nearly all categories, including compensation, benefits, leadership, and company culture, resulting in a 1-star rating.
The employee’s strong desire for work-life balance, reflected in a 4/5 rating, underscores a key area of concern.
The consistent negative feedback suggests systemic issues may be present within the Denver location, requiring immediate investigation.
It’s crucial to acknowledge the small sample size (only two reviews) which significantly limits the scope of this analysis.
However, the severity of the negative feedback warrants a proactive approach to identify and address any underlying problems contributing to the employee’s dissatisfaction.

I love working in such a productive space

During my time at Popeyes, I greatly valued the opportunity to build positive relationships with colleagues and gain valuable work experience. However, I also found dealing with challenging and dissatisfied customers to be a significant source of stress, particularly given the nature of a franchise environment. The work environment was generally supportive and accepting, providing a comfortable space where individuals felt secure and free from criticism. My typical workday was consistently fast-paced and demanding.
