This company is truly a wonderful place to work.

Popeyes offers a rewarding work environment characterized by significant dedication and hard work. During my two years as an Assistant Manager, I found the role highly fulfilling, experiencing substantial growth and learning as I developed my management skills. The company fosters a supportive atmosphere, with exceptional support from my Supervisor, who consistently encouraged my professional development and helped me achieve my goals. The General Managers were generally supportive and invested in the growth of their team members. While I ultimately made the decision to pursue other opportunities, I deeply regret leaving Popeyes and believe I would have progressed to a General Manager role had I remained. I highly recommend Popeyes as an employer.
