The company needs major changes and review.

The most positive aspect of my experience at the company was overshadowed by unacceptable and potentially illegal practices that were ignored by the parent company until significant damage was incurred. The management style was consistently detrimental and created a highly stressful work environment. The overall work environment and culture were unlike any I have encountered previously. A typical workday was characterized by feelings of fear, anger, and humiliation.
