- Lead the development and execution of test market surveys and analytics. Compile and present actionable results to stakeholders, working with Product Quality, Operations, and Calendar Analytics teams to generate insights that drive improvements.
- Prepare timely, informative communications for franchisees, lead owner information calls, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve test market milestones. Monitor sales, gather feedback from guests and owners, and address questions or concerns from the owner community.

Position Overview:
The Manager, NPI & Test Markets, plays a key role in driving the successful launch of new food across Firehouse US & Canada. Reporting to the Director of Culinary & Innovation, this highly visible position works closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, Innovation, Supply Chain, Operations, QA, and external vendors, to support strategic test market and marketing initiatives.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
