Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Authoring of FHS US & CA ingredient specifications and completion of specs in a timely matter
  • Ability to support successful new or innovative product launches in a rapidly changing environment
  • Work closely with plant manufacturers to ensure scale-up and product production is a match to gold standard samples
  • Attend plant trials and support product launches to ensure successful implementation.
  • Participate in ingredient evaluations at test laboratories, confirming all parameters meet specifications.
  • Test kitchen support and sample management
  • Able to deliver written and oral complex technical messages to cover project status clearly, while bringing technical knowledge and transparency to departments inside and outside of R&D
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve various project challenges with the support of cross-functional team members
  • Support Global Initiatives around clean label ingredients and nutrition requirements
  • Support ongoing evaluation of work processes in product commercialization, product approval, and quality assurance to keep pace with the changing needs of our company and customers.

About This Role

Reporting to the Manager of Product Commercialization, the Sr. Analyst, Product Commercialization is responsible for supporting the commercialization of ingredients for new menu items and relevant intellectual properties in support of the Culinary and Brand teams as they work together to develop a distinct menu portfolio.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of Product Commercialization, the Sr. Analyst, Product Commercialization is responsible for supporting the commercialization of ingredients for new menu items and relevant intellectual properties in support of the Culinary and Brand teams as they work together to develop a distinct menu portfolio. The position works closely with Culinary Innovation, QA, Food Safety, Operations, suppliers, and external supply chain to create product specifications and to conduct product evaluations and equipment evaluations.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
