Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
Essential functions:
Communication and organizational skills
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized point of sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

- Keeping our restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful
- Controlling inventory
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Being a team player

- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Practicing inventory control standards
- Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift
