Store Manager Opportunity
Looking for a stable job with weekly pay and real benefits? We are a family-owned business operating 33 Subway restaurants in Houston, Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, New Caney, Cleveland, Splendora, Coldspring, and Cypress. We are seeking store managers who want to run a restaurant as their own. This is not a giant corporation where you are just a number. Here, the owners know you by name. If you do your job well, it is noticed and recognized.

What You Will Earn
$740 per week, paid every week - no waiting two weeks for your check. Quarterly bonus up to $1,100 for good performance (up to $4,400 per year). Your Schedule
Most days you work from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You’re out of there before 4 PM. You set your own schedule once your store is running smoothly. It's 50 hours a week with overtime included in your pay.

What This Job Really Involves
Lets be honest with you because we don’t want you to show up on the first day and be surprised. You are a working manager. You won’t be sitting in an office. You will make sandwiches alongside your team. You will prep food in the morning. You will train your people by doing it yourself first. And when needed, you will close the store. Think of yourself as the captain of the ship: you steer, but you’re on deck with the crew, not up in an office. You will also manage food costs, staff costs, and your store's sales goals. When your store wins, you win - that’s what the quarterly bonus pays for.

What We Need From You
Experience leading a team in restaurants, stores, warehouses, cleaning, whatever. It doesn’t matter what title you had, what matters is that you know how to manage people. Availability for 50 hours a week, including weekends. A willingness to get your hands dirty, not just give orders. No fear of having difficult conversations when someone isn’t performing. You are punctual, organized, and people trust you. You don’t need to speak perfect English. If you know how to lead a team and aren’t afraid of hard work, we want to talk to you.

You want to show up, do the bare minimum, and leave. You think being a manager means you don’t do the physical work anymore. You avoid problems instead of facing them.
