Base Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 / hour DOE (Calculated as: $20 - $22 Base + Incentive + Performance Bonuses & OT)

Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $500 per month by hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth.

Overtime: Consistent weekly overtime (paid at 1.5x) ensures your take-home pay stays ahead of the market.
