Assistant Manager is the step before Store Manager. Our store managers earn $740 a week plus a quarterly bonus up to $1,100, with health, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO on top. We promote from within, and we're opening new stores. Every one of them needs a manager. This is how you get there.

You're second in command. Your manager runs the morning; you run the evening and close. On their day off, you run the store. It's hands-on. You'll be making sandwiches, prepping, checking the line, counting the drawer, and leading the people on shift with you. You'll learn food cost, labor cost, ordering, and scheduling — the things that turn you into a manager.

• You've run a shift somewhere — restaurant, retail, gas station, warehouse. Keys, register, or a crew. Any of it counts.
• Available evenings and weekends
