Subway ManagerAs part of the Subway team, you will focus on eight main things:
Providing an excellent guest experience
Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
Keeping our restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful
Managing inventory and money control systems
Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
Recruiting staff

In addition to the role of a manager, key parts of your day-to-day will consist of:
Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members
Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes
Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
Planning special events and promotions

Prerequisites
Education
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
Essential Functions
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized point of sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
