Responsibilities
Primary Duties

- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick service and satisfaction.
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food handling areas and kitchen equipment.
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with accuracy.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicers, ovens, toasters, and refrigeration units.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment.
