Subway Manager PositionAs part of the Subway team, you will focus on providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring that great food is prepared and served, keeping our restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful, managing inventory and money control systems, coordinating local marketing initiatives, recruiting staff, maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security, and being a team player.
Key parts of your day-to-day will consist of recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales, identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales, supporting local and national marketing initiatives, and planning special events and promotions.

Prerequisites: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
Essential functions
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
- Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
