Strategy Lead In SPT (Space, Presentation, & Transitions)

As a Strategy Lead in SPT (Space, Presentation, & Transitions) you'll take the lead as the primary strategy partner for your Store Experience team, your Merch roundtable and your broader partners across key growth initiatives.
You will work closely with your partners to create space & transition strategies that support the Enterprise Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP). You will work with multiple divisions to create enterprise recommendations and execution plans for the store experience strategy and space allocation. You will lead your global team through context-building and through the execution of complex cross-pyramid space moves. Initial area of focus is the Front of Store reinvent strategies, enterprise space pyramid allocation and Q4 enterprise space strategy ownership.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. - 6-8 + years of experience in retail, including Space & Presentation, Buying, Planning, Strategy, or a related function
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence decisions
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and drive alignment across teams and senior leaders
- Ability to challenge existing thinking and drive results
