Store Experience Operations Print Production Sr Business Partner

Within the Store Experience Operations team, there is an opportunity to design and deliver Target's in-store experience to position us as America's favorite discovery destination. As a Store Experience Operations Print Production Sr Business Partner, you are responsible for the production of In-Store Marketing elements for multiple categories and businesses while identifying and implementing improvements to both processes and outputs. Through cross-functional relationships with Store Experience Operations teams (Strategy & Design, Project Managers, Innovation & Design), logistics, and print vendors, you'll lead the charge to ensure that in-store marketing elements are produced correctly, on time, and on budget. You will also seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles and/or problem solve with the team as needed. Your attention to detail must be on point as you will direct all of the specifications to the vendors, as well as proof their work through both mechanical and on-site visits. You will collaborate and facilitate workstreams between the Minneapolis and Target in India to optimize processes and create efficiencies.
You will be responsible for estimating projects and keeping the team informed of estimate changes along the way. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with partners, internally and externally, which could include understanding a creative concept from design, to communicating color direction to an agency, to requesting quotes from a vendor, to simply emailing a fellow team member. Additional areas of responsibility focus on understanding the various store designs and hardware used within them as well as assisting with onboarding of new vendor partnerships. You will foster team dynamics through coaching and translation of print production approach and participate in Culture Initiatives focusing on personal behavioral growth. The exciting part of retail? This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.

About you:
- 5+ years of experience in print production, print management, or related field.
- 1+ years of corporate retail headquarters experience
- Strong experience in print and manufacturing of 2 and 3D elements and ability to critically view color
- Experience with global industry, emerging materials, and print techniques
- Familiarity with store signage systems, hardware, and fixture integration.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and problem solve
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships with team and key business partners
- Proficiency in project management and workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Preferred: 4-year college degree in Marketing, or related field and/or equivalent work experience
