- Turn Insights into Action Use KPIs, guest behavior, competitive trends, and Partner analytics to shape strategies and improve conversion.
- Consult on Financial Planning Ensure accuracy in forecasting, alignment to goals, and accountability to results for your categories.

Strategic Account Manager
The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. - Four-year degree, B.S. and/or B.A.
- 3+ years of experience in merchandising or inventory management, forecasting, and product selection (including managing and maintaining an open-to-buy and developing strong business relationships with sellers/vendors and industry leaders).
- Strong analytical skills; able to glean insights and make business decisions based on data
- Experience within the digital space
- Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome focused personality preferred, ability to work in an environment similar to a startup.
- A performance-driven individual who demonstrates strong initiative and has superior leadership skills
- Flexibility and resiliency; comfortable working in "grey areas" that are constantly changing
- Comfortable taking risks, working through change and supporting creative chances
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong planning and organizational skills
