Transportation Finance Senior ManagerThe Transportation Finance Senior Manager oversees financial reporting and analysis for the company's transportation network, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency across key metrics. This role partners closely with transportation and supply chain leadership to deliver insights that drive cost efficiency and informed decision-making.
Responsible for identifying savings opportunities, analyzing performance trends, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The role also collaborates cross-functionally to support strategic projects, improve reporting frameworks, and enhance visibility into transportation spend. The role requires a supply chain background, strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change management.
This role is based in our Deerfield, IL office and is on-site four days a week.
Job ResponsibilitiesDirects and controls the teams' activities, including process design, SOP creation, audit controls in accordance with GAAP and company policy. Implements new policies and ensures those policies are communicated to team as well as the business.
Prepares management reports and presents team status and results to Senior Management.
Drives and partners with cross-functional teams to develop and implement approved changes.
Works with internal and external audit as needed.
