The Quality Manager executes the Distribution Center Quality strategy and operating model while partnering directly with DC Operations to improve performance against established quality metrics and standards. This role supports the implementation and assessment of quality programs, monitors performance trends, conducts operational reviews and quality assessments, identifies defects and process gaps, and works collaboratively with site leadership to develop and sustain corrective actions.

The Quality Manager is responsible for converting network quality expectations into practical operational execution and continually improving outcomes related to store service, customer satisfaction, safety, inventory accuracy, product handling, and cost. The role uses data, structured problem solving, and strong partnership with Operations and cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence, validate improvement, and strengthen process discipline across assigned distribution centers.

Location: This role will office out of any one of our 15 Regional Distribution Centers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico: Hartford, CT / Easton, PA / Linden, NJ / Perrysburg, OH / Anderson, SC / Pendergrass, GA / Jupiter, FL / Valparaiso, IN / Bolingbrook, IL / Mount Vernon, IL / Windsor, WI / Waxahachie, TX / Woodland, CA / Moreno Valley, CA / Carolina, Puerto Rico
