Position Summary...
Manages supply chain processes and ensures merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by directing resolutions and responding to the escalation of daily issues. Analyzes data from multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiencies. Provides data for the supplier compliance process flow. Researches and analyzes the root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns. Conducts performance reviews of sanitation associates. Provides recommendations for corrective actions to key stakeholders. Cleans warehouse ceilings, racks, and walls in all chambers of the warehouse including freezers. Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs. Identifies and communicates goals and objectives. Builds accountability for and measures progress in achieving results. Identifies and addresses improvement opportunities. Demonstrates adaptability and promotes continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, and assigning duties. Provides recognition. Influences field-level direction and provides guidance for the execution of operations by acting as a liaison for the field. Responsible for addressing performance-related issues. Identifies best practices and advises teams on adoption and implementation of best practices. Collaborates with business partners to identify and develop resources and improve efficiencies. Manages supply chain flow process improvement efforts by contributing to the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working through continuous improvement recommendations to leadership. Prioritizes sanitation objectives. Ensures flow plans are achievable. Promotes innovation to simplify current solutions and methodologies. Manages the correction of errors, processes, and feedback loops. Identifies areas of opportunity to improve service levels. Supports the use of end-to-end costing methodologies and lean concepts. Provides cost recommendations to reduce process waste. Provides opportunities for cost reductions and process efficiencies. Reviews and analyzes the impact and benefits to internal processes. Coordinates and aligns planning with organizational initiatives and directions. Looks at work plans and makes changes as needed to achieve team or work group objectives. Sets realistic timelines for goal accomplishment. Improves work processes and practices to increase performance and results. Holds associates accountable for completing work within expectations and time requirements. Plans and manages team member time based on business priorities and follows up to ensure all work requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Identifies and obtains the resources needed to complete projects. Identifies, reviews, and applies policies and procedures to make informed judgments. Identifies and uses facts, information, and expertise to set priorities and make informed decisions. Uses data and evidence to determine the causes of problems and develop solutions to address them. Reviews customer/member-focused data and adjusts performance to address findings. Promotes and supports associate efforts to exceed customer/member expectations. Coaches associates to identify and locate resources and meet the needs of customers/members.
