Position Summary...
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Analyzes and applies information from multiple sources. Monitors progress and results. Identifies, addresses, and implements improvement opportunities. Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices. Uses the Open Door Policy. Assists management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.

Implements production schedules that maintain adequate inventory levels, maximize production efficiencies, and meet customer fulfillment requirements by collaborating with the Site Sr Director, Director Operations, Sr Maintenance Manager, Shift Managers, and Supervisors to develop weekly production plans for products that meet utilization goals and achieve high service levels. Ensures compliance with sanitation and maintenance schedules for the facility and equipment and cost-effective efforts. Works with Farm Supply Chain and optimization teams to determine weekly and monthly supply and sales outlooks. Develops production plans based on sales forecasts. Performs daily schedule plan analysis by ensuring the facility creates the correct items and has sufficient inventory available. Conducts process analysis for each Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) to expedite production based on specifications, established priorities, capacity limits, and equipment availability. Reviews and analyzes weekly performance and inventory levels of products and raw materials. Audits and tracks trays and pallets and performs inventory reconciliation. Supports sales forecast analysis with respect to capacity planning and material requirements. Recommends changes to forecasts when needed. Analyzes past performance to identify process improvement opportunities for inventory management performance. Takes appropriate actions and communicates needs for expedited production or expedited raw material receipts to management and suppliers.

Develops and implements scheduling run strategies to assist in the fulfillment of company material usage and efficiency goals by ensuring production quality, analyzing incoming data from Site Sr Director, Director Operations, and other members of plant leadership, communicating issues and discrepancies to teams and leadership, reporting changes (for example, shortages, overages, expedites in schedules, forecasts, and inventory) to Site Sr Director and Home Office teams, creating and communicating schedules for Processing and Raw Material Receiving utilizing multiple software combinations (for example, SAP, DSI, Essbase, Dashboard, GRS, Microsoft) and managing and tracking the inventory cycle time and status of the reusable containers and pallets that will be utilized for delivery to stores and clubs. Collaborates with cross-functional partners to resolve inventory issues and proactively address constraints by providing backup and coverage in crucial areas and driving continuous improvement in increasing throughput, reducing cycle times, and improving production quality.

Manages raw milk scheduling for the dairy manufacturing plant using the Walmart Milk Management System. This ensures the weekly, daily, and hourly raw deliveries match the production plan and store demand needs. Clear communication and coordination with plant operations, farms, coops, and dairy haulers is required to ensure stable flow of raw milk. Responsibility includes issuing of purchase orders and completing process in financial systems. Oversees the flow of raw materials within the manufacturing environment. Manages the procurement, storage, dispensation, and inventory tracking of raw materials to ensure continuous cost-effective operations. Works closely with production accounting and other departments within the facility to ensure an adequate level of inventory.

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, developing contingency plans, and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them, and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers, or other key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
