Position Summary

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.$0 - $96,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).

Minimum Qualifications...Option 1: 1 year's experience as a Walmart supervisor. Option 2: 2 years' external leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees. As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate. To complete a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program.

Must become a registered pharmacy technician in state of practice within one year of job entry.

Preferred Qualifications...Leadership experience that includes performance management responsibilities.

Bachelors: Business Administration.
