Position Summary
This role involves managing the floor operations in various areas such as fashion, import, jewelry, regional, returns, Sam's, and HMSC.
What You'll Do: The key responsibilities include
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity in your area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitoring compliance; and maintaining supporting documentation.
Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others as needed to determine corrective actions or make recommendations for resolution.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling company policies and procedures. Identify training and development needs, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.

The annual salary range for this position is $72,050.$0 - $108,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
