Full Job Description
The WCNP AI team builds next-generation intelligent platforms for Walmart's global scale. We are a small, high-impact group working at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and developer productivity. As a Staff MLE, you will design and implement production-ready agentic AI systems and AI-driven automation to improve cloud reliability, scalability, and developer productivity. You will be a hands-on engineer driving innovation in both platform intelligence and applied AI.
What you'll bring:
- Strong proficiency in Python (Go secondary).
- Experience with LLMs, retrieval frameworks, and agent orchestration.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes/Cloud infra and observability.
- Proven ability to build scalable, reliable production services.
