Reporting to the Sr store promotions, events, and visual merchandising to keep the store environment fresh and inviting What Does an Event Specialist Do Event Support & Execution Lead and deliver engaging in store and external community events that boost brand visibility and drive foot traffic Customer Engagement Promotional Oversight Content Creation Instincts You should have an eye for visually compelling moments and know what resonates online (If you have examples or a portfolio of previous content or creations, that's a huge plus ) Cross Work closely with leadership, store support teams, and People Operations to align event goals with business priorities ️ In Store Support Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays during non event periods to keep the store fresh and inviting 1 2 years in event execution, hospitality, community engagement, or customer Strong Organization Team Leadership paced events Excellent Communication Confidence in engaging new and
