This role is highly executional and 'on the floor' focused; you will translate network and product designs into configuration, testing, and day-to-day operational workflows that enable a smooth transition from legacy tools to Manhattan WMS. Successful candidates are analytical and action-oriented, comfortable splitting time between data work and time on site, and eager to work cross-functionally with Operations and Technology to land new capabilities that improve inventory accuracy, service, and productivity.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience). Exposure to WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump, or similar); hands-on Manhattan WMS experience is a plus but not required. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Analytics, Network Operations, Fulfillment Operations, and Technology to define and roll out new capabilities. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to diagnose problems, measure impact, and communicate insights. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex operational and technical topics into clear, concise updates for diverse stakeholders.
